Tunnel Springs Trail
FUTS LogoAbout the Trail
A steady, rigorous climb of feet through Ponderosa pine forest on the south face of Observatory Mesa. The trail begins just north of the Railroad Springs neighborhood, and crosses the BNSF tracks in a bicycle and pedestrian underpass. The trail climbs steeply for just under a mile, gaining almost 400 feet in elevation, and then levels out on top of the mesa.
