The mission of Public Works Administration is to direct and coordinate the efforts of Public Works programs in providing cost efficient, quality based services to the Citizens of Flagstaff. By ensuring a well-trained, safety conscious work staff, we strive to improve the quality of life in Flagstaff through sustainable, affordable, efficient maintenance programs and enhanced Transportation and Parks & Recreation opportunities.
All residential trash and recycling pick-ups, which would normally occur on Thanksgiving Thursday, November 23rd, will be serviced on the following day. Thurdsay’s route schedule will take place on Friday the 24th, and Fridays route will be serviced on the following Saturday, the 25th. Please make sure all containers are curbside at 6:00 am Friday and Saturday mornings. The Cinder Lake Landfill will also be closed Thanksgiving day. Please call (928) 213-2110 M-F with any questions.
